Tafarnuwa wani sinadari ne da ake amfani da shi sosai a girke-girke daban-daban da magungunan gargajiya saboda dandanon ta na musamman da kuma fa'idodinta da yawa ga lafiya. Ga muhimman sinadarai na tafarnuwa da amfaninsu:

Muhimman Sinadarai na Tafarnuwa:

1. Allicin: Wani sinadari mai ɗauke da sulfur wanda ake samarwa lokacin da aka yanka, markada, ko tauna tafarnuwa.
   An san shi da kaddarorin kashe kwayoyin cuta, cututtuka, fungi, da kuma antioxidant. Yana taimakawa wajen ƙarfafa garkuwar jiki kuma yana rage haɗarin kamuwa da cuta.

2. S-allyl cysteine (SAC): Wani sinadari mai narkewa cikin ruwa da ake samu daga tafarnuwa.
   Yana nuna kaddarorin antioxidant da kuma kariyar kwakwalwa. Hakanan yana da fa'ida ga lafiyar zuciya ta hanyar rage hawan jini da matakin cholesterol.

3. Diallyl disulfide (DADS): Wani sinadari na sulfur a tafarnuwa.
   Yana da kaddarorin rage kumburi kuma yana iya taimakawa wajen hana ciwon daji ta hanyar hana girman kwayoyin cutar.

4. Vitamins da Ma'adinai:

5. Flavonoids da Phenolic Compounds: Antioxidants na halitta da ake samu a tafarnuwa.
   -Yana kare kwayoyin halitta daga damuwa na oxidative, rage kumburi, da kuma tallafawa lafiyar zuciya.

Fa'idodin Lafiya na Tafarnuwa:

1. Lafiyar Zuciya:
   - Tafarnuwa tana taimakawa wajen rage hawan jini da matakin cholesterol, ta rage haɗarin cututtukan zuciya. Yana inganta yawo na jini kuma yana iya hana tara plaki a jijiyoyin jini.

2. Goyon Bayan Garkuwar Jiki:
   - Allicin dake cikin tafarnuwa yana ƙarfafa aikin garkuwar jiki, yana taimakawa jiki wajen yaƙar cututtuka. Yawan cin tafarnuwa na iya rage yawan kamuwa da mura da zazzabi.

3. Rage Kumburi:
